1. Customer gets an SMS with a unique Xpin number.
2. Beneficiary gets a notification SMS to collect the item from the selected courier hub.

   

3. Customer has to inform the Xpin number to his/her beneficiary.
4. The beneficiary will be contacted once the item has reached the courier hub.
5. Beneficiary has to produce the ID proof to collect the item.
6. Customer gets a notification SMS once the beneficiary has collected the item.
